What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 30 working days from receiving the package. You are allowed to examine the items carefully, but the tags must not be removed and it must be instact whitin the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, you can do so at regular prices in one of our physical stores. When returning in store, you must present the receipt received via email and valid ID/identification. If you are returning on behalf of someone else, both your valid ID/identification and the purchaser's must be presented, along with the receipt (with barcode). 

If you wish to return/exchange items in our online store, you will need to place a new order on our website to receive a different size or item (exchange). Please use the return address label included in your package. All returns to our online store will incur a 79 NOK return shipping fee. If the return is due to an error on the part of Line of Oslo, we will, of course, cover the return shipping fee.

The return method is determined by the chosen delivery method. Return processing to our online store may take up to 20 business days. You are allowed to examine the items carefully, but tags must not be removed.

We only accept returns purchased from, not from other distributors.
