What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the transportation company. Please use this to see the status of your order.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
No, we can't cancel or make any changes on your order once it has been placed and confirmed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order.

My order has been delivered, but I can not find it.
If you can not find your package, we recommend you to firstly contact the transportation company to ask for a Proof of Delivery.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Norwegian warehouse that is located in Tønsberg.
What shipping options do you provide?
We offer the following couriers and shipping options with Postnord as transporting company:

- Levering til utleveringssted
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order delivery will take around 1-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders over 1299 NOK. If you do not exceed this amount, your shipping cost will be 59 NOK.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you.

Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your items from Line of Oslo, but if something isn't quite right, we have a 30 days return policy from receiving the package.
You are allowed to examine the items carefully, but the tags must not be removed and it must be intact within the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.
You may reuse the packaging from the original order for the return shipment.
Norwegian customers: Please use the return address label included in your package. Deliver the package to your nearest post office. All returns to our online store will incur a 79 NOK return shipping fee. The return amount will be deducted from your refund.
International customers: Please contact us by our contact form on the website, or by email firstname.lastname@example.org, to receive a return address label by email, and information on where to deliver your return. Please print out the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. All returns to our online store will incur a 39 EUR return shipping fee. The return amount will be deducted from your refund.
Remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking number when you hand in the return. This is your insurance if the package is lost. Return processing to our online store may take up to 20 business days.
We only accept returns purchased from lineofoslo.no, not from other distributors. If the return is due to an error on the part of Line of Oslo, we will, of course, cover the return shipping fee.
If you wish to exchange items in our online store, you will need to place a new order on our website to receive a different size or item (exchange).
